We have a new Conservative government and Britain’s departure from the EU is imminent. Boris Johnson now has the opportunity to reform climate and energy policy in such a way that it won’t hurt families and businesses and doesn’t undermine Britain’s international competitiveness. How will he deal with costly climate and energy policies?
