NEW DELHI: The UN’s annual climate conference which was postponed due to Covid-19 situation, will take place during autumn next year in United Kingdom (UK).

It was discussed in a meeting between environment minister Prakash Javadekar and UK Secretary of State for business, energy and industrial strategy Alok Sharma through video conference on Thursday.
The 26th session of the climate conference (COP26) was scheduled to be held in Glasgow in November, 2020. The UK had, however, postponed it amid worsening Covid19 situation early last month.
